Before an event
Tell us the date, the languages you need and how the audio reaches you β a mixer, an encoder, or a laptop microphone. Most setup questions are answered in one message.
If your program has parallel tracks running at the same time, say so β that needs a specific setup and it is much easier to arrange in advance than on the day.
Billing and invoices
Invoices are issued for every live purchase. If you need the details on one changed before you buy, send us the billing address first β an issued invoice is a fiscal document and cannot be rewritten afterwards.
