One all-hands, understood in every office
The recap email exists because half the company could not follow the meeting. Translate it live instead: everyone hears the same thing at the same time, in the language they think in.

Live translation for a meeting every month, not an event once a year
Internal communication is not a one-off, and a per-event quote priced for a conference is the wrong shape for it. Credits are bought once and spent a minute at a time across every meeting of the year; they do not expire, so a quiet quarter costs nothing, and a language nobody selected in a given session is never charged. The finance question β what does this cost us annually β has an answer you can compute rather than negotiate.
- Credits never expire between meetings
- Unused languages are never charged
- No per-seat licence and no headcount to declare
- No procurement for hardware
Good morning everyone, and thank you for joining today's global session. It's wonderful to see so many of you connecting from around the world.
The meetings people use it for
Anywhere one person presents and the room is not on one language.
All-hands and quarterly updates
Delivered once, followed everywhere. Nobody waits for the summary, and nobody reads a different version of it.
Town halls and Q&A
People ask better questions in a language they are comfortable in, and hear the answer in it too.
Training and onboarding
Load the product names and internal terms in advance, so they come out right the first time and the same way every time.
Compliance and policy briefings
Where it matters that everyone heard the same thing, put a professional interpreter on the language that carries the risk and let AI carry the rest.
A record afterwards
Every language the AI translated is kept as text, with untranscribed stretches marked rather than quietly closed up.
Straight from the AV desk
Push audio from the encoder that already runs your streams. Nothing depends on a laptop staying awake in the room.
Getting it into the meeting
- 1
Start with one recurring meeting
The monthly all-hands is the right first one: it repeats, so you learn what people pick, and the audience figures answer the languages question for you.
- 2
Load your own vocabulary
Product names, team names, the acronyms only you use. A glossary set once is applied to every session that opens after you save it.
- 3
Put the code in the invite
A permanent link keeps the same address for every meeting, so it can live in the calendar entry rather than being re-sent each time.
- 4
Read the numbers, then decide
After two or three meetings the per-language counts tell you which languages are real and which were a guess. Drop the guesses.
Common questions
What happens to what is said?
Audio is translated as it passes through and delivered live. A recording is kept only if your organization switches that on for itself, and the transcript covers the languages that had a listener. Each organization's data is separated at the database level, not only in the application.
Do employees need an account?
No. A listener opens a link or types a six-character code and picks a language. There is no sign-in, no app and no per-seat licence to administer β which also means nobody has to be added or removed when the team changes.
Can we run two meetings at the same time?
One organization runs one live broadcast at a time. Parallel sessions need a separate organization account each β tell us what your schedule looks like and we will help you set it up before the day.
How is it invoiced?
An invoice is issued for every purchase, in lei for Romanian customers and in euro for everyone else, following the country on your billing details. You buy credits when you need them rather than committing to a monthly figure.
Can we use our own interpreters for the sensitive sessions?
Yes, language by language and on the same broadcast. An interpreter takes one output language and speaks it; every other language stays on AI, and listeners on the interpreted language can switch between the two. While they stay with the person that language runs no AI so you pay the connection rather than the translation. Switching to the AI starts it billing normally.
How far behind is the translation?
A few seconds. The translated voice is held briefly so a whole clause arrives at once rather than word by word, which is what makes a long meeting followable. Captions in the language being spoken are not held back at all.
